We can manufacture a range of these materials used in applications as diverse as fluid seals, pressure seals, medical devices, electronic enclosures, aerospace, commercial and industrial.

We can provide the following, either as part of a die cast part or as a stand-alone product:

• Silicone, viton, flurosilicone, nitrile, EPDM

Hyatt Die Cast can provide extrusions in any custom configuration desired. We can provide the tooling for standard or custom shapes, as well as the material. Secondary processes such as sizing, machining and finishes are available along with final packaging to meet your needs. We can provide shrink-wrapped kits, including extrusions and any associated hardware components.
