Our customers demand defect-free parts. In order to achieve this goal, Hyatt Die Cast has in place quality systems designed to the rigorous standards of ISO 9001: 2000 and AS 9100.

These systems help to prevent defects in our customer's parts by creating systems and procedures to identify, control and prevent defects from occurring. Our philosophy is defect prevention instead of defect inspection.

During the processes we perform, SPC is employed to control customer's key characteristics. Results are analyzed to ensure our process is under control.

Continuous improvement is a constant goal at Hyatt Die Cast. Strategies such as lean manufacturing, value engineering and brainstorming are employed on new and mature parts to determine where additional improvements can be made to reduce costs and increase quality.
