Hyatt Die Cast understands that supply chain management today requires strategic alliances with companies that can provide multiple value-added services to their basic core technology. Beginning more than 10 years ago, we recognized this reality and began to offer additional services to our customers.

Hyatt today supplies complete parts to our customers, including the following secondary operations:

• Die trimming and deburring
• 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC Machining with tolerances to .0005
• Dedicated work centers for high-volume or long-life cycle parts
• In-house powder coat, wet paint and alodine decorative and protective finishes. Additional special processing can be subcontracted
• Hardware installation, such as helicoils, studs, pins and plugs
  
• Gasket and seal fabrication and installation
• Component sub-assembly, either procured by Hyatt or customer-consigned
• Kitting and specialized packaging
