Die Cast maintains a complete tool & die shop to assist your needs.
We can take your 2D, wire frame and solid model data and create the
die cast tooling best suited to your production demands. Inserts for
custom or standard mold bases and complete dies are created using benchmarked
tool & die specialists in every design area or specialty.
We take responsibility for the entire process of tool design, manufacture,
sampling and approval. Our New Product Introduction Administrator constantly
monitors all phases of the process to ensure accurate and timely completion.
We furnish
written progress reports to each of the milestones in this process.
Die
Cast tools are designed to produce parts with long life cycles and high
volumes. Once in production, Hyatt Die Cast maintains the tools to keep
them in Class A condition. Minor repairs and design enhancements are
accomplished in-house as well.
In addition,
Hyatt Die Cast designs and builds trim dies, secondary machine fixtures,
inspection and assembly fixtures to the required customer specifications.
